Yes, a 1,000 THB security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the villa's condition and electricity usage are checked. For stays longer than 28 days, the deposit is 5,000 THB.

4. What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
